Our Contract
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been shipped to you.
Payment
All payments must be by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Return Policy
Items must be purchased through this website and returned within 10 days of receiving shipment for full refund. The items must be unworn and in the original packaging and subject to inspection to receive refund. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment for a store credit or exchange. All manufacturers defects must be noticed and returned within 30 days for a refund. We will determine if it is a manufacturer defect. We do our best to inspect product before leaving the store.

Back-Orders
Every effort will be made to ship your order complete. In the event an item is found to be out of stock, we will notify you before the remainder of your order ships. We will do our best to let you know as promptly as possible when back orders will be in. However some of our most popular companies do not give ETA’s on back orders. Companies in particular who do not give back order information are Russian Pointe and Suffolk Dance.
